From the sublime website Canopy and Stars, which I intend to feature very regularly, On the Water, is a beautifully designed houseboat on Regent's Canal, available as a nightly rental - it's almost reasonable when you compare it to usual London prices, and what a setting! I would never leave. In fact, I would probably unmoor it and bolt towards the sea.
